General Job Requirements:

Must have experience in related Construction trade

Construction math skills are vital. Must have working knowledge of measurements, angles, and arithmetic

Reliability and work ethic

Must have transportation to and from job sites

Handle both simple and complex construction-related tasks while following safety rules. Report hazards to supervisor.

Follow instructions as given by supervisor and perform duties as assigned

Ability to work as part of a team

Prepare job sites and tools for work processes

Clean job sites including removal of debris and hazards
-
Transport, load and unload tools, equipment and machinery
-
Assist contractors and tradesmen in accomplishment of job-related tasks

Basic tools

Ability to lift, carry weight as necessary on the job

Physical strength and stamina for demanding work in outdoor environment
Carpenters will need these skills plus:

Minimum 2 years Carpentry experience

Basic Carpentry tools

Knowledge of Site Prep

Ability to read a blueprint

Must be able to Independently complete tasks
